In this module, you will explore how your emotions are stored in your physical body. Learn about the benefits of breathwork, how to breathe properly and how to use breathwork to manage emotions. AND HOW YOUR EMOTIONS ARE CONNECTED TO HOW YOU BREATHE.

Module 2 - I Am Lovingly Watching

Module 2 is the beginning of your present moment exercises. You will learn the importance of feeling all your emotions fully and techniques to process unresolved issues using Breath Body Connection Breath Work.

Module 3 - Acceptance vs. Resistance

You can't move forward until you accept what is happening in life right now. If you can't accept it, you will remain in resistance and disharmony. In Module 3, you will dive into the importance of acceptance, sub-personalities, and ways to bring acceptance into life-challenging situations.

Module 4 - Owning it All

You will empower yourself by taking responsibility for your circumstances and accept that everything happens for your greatest good. More breathwork, meditations, and present moment practices are included in Module 4.

Module 5 - Breaking Patterns

In Module 5, you will begin putting the pieces together - recognize where and how you have repeated the same behaviors and patterns from your childhood, and how to interrupt the cycle through Breath work, movement, sound and meditations.

Module 6 - Incompletions

In Module 6, you will review what you have learned, put all the pieces together, and catch up with incompletions.

Module 7 - Creating the Life We Love

Through powerful questions and meditation, you will become clear on who you want to become as a person, partner, mother, daughter, what key beliefs have held you back....what needs to be done to create the life you want.
